Biography

Amanda M. Leone is a partner in the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Trusts & Estates practices. Her practice is focused on litigating an array of complex commercial matters in state and federal court, including business torts, breach of contract claims, employment disputes, and securities litigation, and concerning Trusts & Estates litigation, Amanda is very active in Surrogate's Court litigation.

Amanda received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. While at Seton Hall, she was Managing Editor of the Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law, a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, and the 2013 recipient of the Advanced Legal Writing Award for best law article in her graduating class. After graduating from Seton Hall, Amanda served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas R. Vena, J.S.C. in New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County. Prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern, Amanda was an associate at Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein & Celso in Whippany, New Jersey.
