Tannenbaum Helpern’s Joel Klarreich To Speak On Recruiting Challenges Facing Staffing Firms
04.30.2018 • Press Release
New York, NY — Class action lawsuits are creating a recruiting and onboarding hazard for staffing firms. A myriad of new laws such as ban-the-box and salary history inquiry bans are creating new issues in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process. At the 2018 American Staffing Association (ASA) Staffing Law Conference in May, Chair of Tannenbaum Helpern’s Staffing Law practice and General Counsel of New York Staffing Association, Joel A. Klarreich will discuss how staffing firms can avoid class action lawsuits and comply with the new laws in his session, “Recruiting Issues—Salary History, Criminal Background, and Medical Marijuana, Oh My!”
