New York, NY — Forty years ago today, the law firm of Tannenbaum Helpern was formed. In its early days, the law firm’s legal offerings were corporate law, financial services regulation, securities law, tax, real estate and litigation and dispute resolution.

Since its formation, Tannenbaum Helpern has grown and evolved to help clients capture opportunities and address legal risks. Today, the law firm is in a unique position as it:

  • offers a full suite of legal services and deep industry knowledge;
  • provides bigger law firm experience in an intimate setting with many of the firm’s attorneys having worked at larger law firms prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern (see attorney profiles); and

“As we celebrate the firm’s 40th, we want to sincerely acknowledge and thank our employees, clients, family and friends for their continued support and role in the firm’s success,” said Joel Hirschtritt, the law firm’s co-managing partner.
