New York, NY - Tannenbaum Helpern is proud to announce that its Franchise Law department has received Tier 1 ranking in the national level as well as in the New York Metropolitan Area for three consecutive years.

Tannenbaum Helpern’s Franchise Law, Distribution and E-Commerce practice has decades of experience representing clients in the global distribution of goods and services. Tannenbaum Helpern attorneys have deep experience in advising clients on franchise programs and systems, franchise agreements, offering circulars, pre-sale registration, non-franchise distribution networks, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, licensing agreements, e-commerce, and franchisor-franchisee and supplier-distributor disputes. The department is led by two industry veterans Joel A. Klarreich and Andre R. Jaglom. Both have decades of experience representing clients with franchise, distribution and marketing challenges.
