Real estate clients include publicly traded corporations and REITS, national and regional developers, real estate private equity funds and institutional real estate owners. Tannenbaum Helpern’s Real Estate practice has received industry recognition over the years, including being ranked as a “Leading Real Estate Law Firm” by Commercial Property Executive and Multi-Housing News.
