Tannenbaum Helpern Receives National Top Tier Ranking in U.S. News – Best Lawyers’ 2020 “Best Law Firms” List

Tannenbaum Helpern’s Construction Law and Franchise Law practices have received national Tier 1 ranking as well as top tier ranking in the New York Metropolitan Area. The firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Real Estate practices also received Tier 1 recognition in the New York Metropolitan Area.
Led by Kenneth Block and Joshua Levy, Tannenbaum Helpern’s Construction Law practice represents some of the nation’s leading real estate owners, developers and not-for-profit institutions in the drafting and negotiation of design and construction contracts. Led by two industry veterans Joel A. Klarreich and Andre R. The Real Estate practice covers most real estate asset types, including multi-family, office, industrial/warehouse, hotel, and retail properties, located both within the New York City metropolitan area and across the country. Real estate clients include publicly traded corporations and REITS, national and regional developers, real estate private equity funds and institutional real estate owners.
