Stallone has served the Section as Treasurer since 2023 and is a Partner in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice

New York, NY, February 6, 2024—Tannenbaum Helpern is pleased to announce that Maryann C. Stallone has been named Vice-Chair Elect of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Commercial & Federal Litigation (ComFed) Section. Maryann presently serves the Section as its Treasurer and continues Tannenbaum Helpern’s rich history of leadership and commitment to NYSBA.

Maryann Stallone is a partner in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Trusts and Estates Practices. Based in New York City, her practice is focused on counseling businesses and individuals on the best ways to prosecute, defend and resolve their complex disputes in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, arbitration and other alternate dispute resolution forums.

Among the Section’s initiatives, Maryann is keenly focused on its efforts toward a more equitable and inclusive environment in the legal profession. In 2023, Maryann served as Chairperson of ComFed’s “Taking the Lead” Program, which is focused on empowering and recognizing outstanding women litigators. A leader within the Firm as well, Maryann serves as Co-Chair of Tannenbaum Helpern’s Women’s Initiative.
