New York, NY — Acquisition International Magazine's 2014 International Hedge Fund Awards names Tannenbaum Helpern's Financial Services, Private Funds & Capital Markets practice "Capital Formation Law Firm of the Year – USA".

Acquisition International's global awards recognize the outstanding achievements of individuals and companies within the hedge fund industry and are given solely on merit. Winners are determined by votes received from over 53,000 Acquisition International Magazine subscribers along with 40,000 hedge fund professionals, and independent in-house research.
