New York, NY, May 23, 2024—Tannenbaum Helpern partner and Investment Management Co-Chair, Wayne H. Davis, was named to City & State New York’s 2024 Nonprofit Trailblazers List, which honors “dedicated changemakers improving New York through adherence to the principles of charity, diversity, environmentalism, sustainability, and governance.” Wayne was honored to deliver remarks at City & State NY’s 2024 Nonprofit Trailblazers event, which celebrated the evening’s honorees with a reception at The Penthouse in New York City.

In addition to serving as Co-Chair of Tannenbaum Helpern’s Investment Management practice, Wayne is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He advises investment management clients with respect to formation and private investment vehicles and provides counsel to various nonprofit organizations on general operation, governance, and investment-related matters. He’s a frequent speaker and writer, and serves as Adjunct Professor, Private Equity, at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
