Melissa joins the Firm as Co-Chair of its Construction & Design Practice, working alongside colleague and Co-Chair, Ken Block in leading the group of exceptional construction litigators and advisors. “With Melissa’s arrival, our team’s long history of representing owners and developers, among others in the industry, expands to a wider client base including architects, designers and engineers in the City and around the region,” said Ken.

Melissa’s 20+ years of experience includes representing various clients in the construction industry in conjunction with midsize to large scale development projects, including condominium developments, the Jacob K.
