Tannenbaum Helpern Construction & Design Co-Chair, Melissa T. Billig, was named to City & State New York’s Trailblazers in Building and Real Estate List, an inaugural publication recognizing the “biggest innovators, groundbreakers and thought leaders in New York's building and real estate industries.” The list features an impressive array of public officials, developers, advocates, and business and labor leaders.
