In late 2012 Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP structured, negotiated and closed a merger and recapitalization of two medical research and development companies.
In a negotiated transaction between the two market leaders (each with dozens of stockholders), their respective creditors and other stakeholders, Tannenbaum Helpern guided the client in successfully completing a "double-dummy" reverse subsidiary merger, while simultaneously securing a major new equity investment.
