Biography
Perry Chresomales is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern's Construction & Design Law practice. Perry drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide array of construction contracts for owners, developers, landlords, tenants, contractors and design professionals. Specifically, Perry drafts and negotiates contracts involving access agreements, A104 owner-contractor agreements, building services agreements, professional services agreements, trade contracts, construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, purchase orders and license agreements with adjoining property owners.
During law school, Perry’s memberships included:

- Member, Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic
While part of the Litigation Clinic, Perry represented a homeowner in a breach of contract claim against a contractor in a AAA Construction Rules arbitration. After successfully arguing the client’s claims and piercing the corporate veil, the client was awarded nearly a quarter of a million dollars in damages. The case is discussed on page 19 of the St. John’s Law School Magazine, Spring 2022 issue.
