Michelle is a partner in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Real Estate practice with a focus on leasing, acquisition and sales and financing transactions.
She frequently represents:
- landlords and tenants in office, retail, shopping center, industrial and ground lease transactions
- sellers and purchasers of office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family properties, industrial properties and vacant land for development purposes. In real estate acquisitions and divestitures, Michelle negotiates contracts, advises clients throughout the diligence process and deal closings
