Biography
Matthew Levine is an associate in the Real Estate practice at Tannenbaum Helpern. He represents owners, investors, developers, and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, and commercial leasing. Matthew has experience with both single-asset and large portfolio transactions across the country.
Prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern, Matthew served as the Head of Business Policy at Valon Mortgage, a Forbes Fintech 50 company building a next generation residential mortgage loan servicing and lending platform.
Matthew was previously an associate in the Real Estate practice at ArentFox Schiff LLP in Washington, DC.
During law school, Matthew served as a Legal Honors Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a Law Clerk at the Office of Management and Budget within the Executive Office of the President.
