Biography
Lauren has more than fifteen years of experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing, joint ventures, investments and development. She negotiates all aspects of office, retail, restaurant, filming and production, warehouse, medical, and coworking leases for both landlords and tenants. Lauren also represents purchasers and sellers in all aspects of the acquisition and sale of commercial properties.
With extensive experience advising on real estate financings and investments, Lauren represents clients in commercial mortgage and mezzanine financing, joint venture and development agreements. She negotiates development rights transactions, including license agreements, purchase and sale agreements and zoning lot development and easement agreements. Lauren advises real estate owners and tenants in connection with construction projects, including contractor, architect and designer contracts.
