Biography

Finn Rosenfeld is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, representing individuals and corporations in commercial and business-related disputes.

Prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern, Finn was Assistant Law Clerk to the Honorable Leonard Livote of the New York State Supreme Court – Commercial Division, where his experience included drafting decisions on a wide variety of motions in complex commercial cases involving real estate, construction and commercial lease disputes; LLC, joint venture and partnership disputes; restrictive covenants; trade secrets; and allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and breach of contract.

Finn also previously served as a legal intern with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and as a legal fellow in the Office of Congressman Gregory Meeks.
