Biography
Christina Sabato is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Employment Law practice. Christina has worked on various matters involving all aspects of employment litigation, including cases involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, pregnancy, disability and/or LGBTQ+ status, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations and class and collective actions.
While attending law school, Christina interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in the New York District Office’s Litigation Unit and spent two semesters as a judicial intern for the Honorable Brian Martinotti of the District of New Jersey. Additionally, before law school, Christina worked at the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C.
