Biography

Caroline Secola is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Employment Law practice. Her experience includes advising employers on employee terminations, reasonable accommodations, wage and hour laws, employee benefits, background checks, compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, and leaves of absence, among others.

Caroline closely monitors federal, state, and local employment laws to help ensure that clients are aware of noteworthy developments and provided with a course of action for compliance. She collaborates with employers to draft and revise employment documents, employee handbooks, and separation agreements. Caroline also has experience representing employers in state and federal court and in mediations.

Caroline joins Tannenbaum Helpern from Florentino & Grimshaw LLC, a boutique, Women-owned management-side labor and employment law firm. Prior to that, Caroline practiced at Callazo & Keil LLP, a boutique labor and employment firm practicing management-side labor and employment law.
