Biography
Alyssa C. Goldrich is an Associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Alyssa focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on business torts, breach of contracts, intellectual property disputes, and real estate and construction litigation. Most recently, Alyssa has represented clients in matters including business divorce, involving breach of fiduciary duty, among other claims, trademark disputes, and breach of contract claims.
A leader in Bar activities, Alyssa has served as Co-Chair of the New York County Lawyers Association’s Supreme Court Committee. Through this committee, Alyssa regularly participated in meetings with judges, including Commercial Division judges, to explore critical issues to the development of litigation in New York.
Alyssa received her B.A., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University and her J.D. from Hofstra Law School where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of International Business and Law and was a Law School Conscience Endowed Scholarship recipient.
