Biography

Alessandra (“Ale”) Maldonado is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She handles a broad range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, and corporate restructurings. Ale has ample experience with contract and business disputes, defamation matters, bankruptcy-related litigation, and intellectual property rights.

Additionally, Ale is passionate and committed to pro bono work, partnering with NY-based legal services organizations to represent clients in asylum proceedings, assisting clients filing petitions in NYC Civil Court, and protecting clients’ intellectual property.
