Biography
Adam M. Felsenstein is an experienced and savvy litigator who has represented individuals and companies in state courts throughout New York and federal courts all across the country. Having tried numerous cases to verdict, Adam brings his extensive trial experience to bear in resolving disputes for his clients, and has developed a reputation as a fierce but judicious trial attorney. Adam’s trial experience serves as an important tool in attaining efficient dispute resolution.
Adam is also an accomplished appellate advocate, having argued appeals at both the state and federal levels.
Adam also focuses his practice on guiding individuals and business through complex legal disputes, government enforcement actions, and criminal investigations. He designs holistic solutions that keep in mind business goals while simultaneously minimizing risk exposure.
